3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must have a valid Discord account. Your ServerSummoner account is automatically created when you first interact with our bot using your Discord credentials.

• Maintaining the security of your Discord account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

We offer beta access that allows unlimited server creation during the beta period. Beta usage is subject to fair use policies and may have limitations on features and server capacity.

4.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium plans include:

• Basic ($10/month): Unlimited uptime, 3 servers, 20 slots
• Premium ($15/month): 5 servers, 50 slots, advanced features
• Pro ($25/month): 10 servers, 100 slots, priority support

4.3 Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Discord's Premium Apps system. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Discord's payment terms and conditions
• No refunds for partial months of service

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Discord. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Servers will be suspended if payment fails or subscription expires.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

Support levels vary by subscription tier:

• Paid Tiers: Priority email and Discord support
• Pro Tier: Dedicated support channel and faster response times
